From WhatsApp chaos to structured communication
A nursery school manages daily relationships with dozens of families who need constant updates. La Tana di Winnie was facing completely fragmented communication: daily updates on meals and activities shared via WhatsApp in groups with over 30 parents, important documents sent by email and often lost, urgent circulars that didn't reach everyone. Teachers spent hours every day answering repetitive messages, while parents struggled to find specific information buried in the flow of group chats.
A dual-interface system for school and families
We designed a platform with two distinct interfaces: an administrative dashboard for the school and a mobile-first app for parents, centralising everything that was previously scattered across different channels.
School dashboard with quick entry
System optimised for speed with checkboxes and pre-filled fields. Teachers complete the daily diary for each child in 10 minutes instead of managing hours of WhatsApp messages.
Parent mobile app with direct access
Smartphone-optimised interface with access via personal link. Parents immediately view their child's updated diary, download documents and send direct communications to the school.
Smart notification system
Instant push notifications for urgent communications with read confirmation, allowing the school to monitor who has received important information.
